Delaware, In. — The Ripley County Sheriff’s Department says a Milan motorist lost control Monday evening and was treated at Margaret Mary Health.
Investigators say Joshua Welch was southbound on State Road 129 in Delaware when he lost control crossing the railroad tracks around 9:45. Welch lost control, flipped the vehicle and struck a tree.
Welch was treated at Margaret Mary Health.
