Batesville, In. — New playground equipment at Liberty Park in Batesville will be unveiled today at 3:30 p.m. Mayor Mike Bettice says the improvements will make the equipment accessible to children from two-years-old and up and also those dealing with limited mobility.
The repair project was initiated after existing equipment was damaged by storms.
The project was funded by The Rising Sun Regional Foundation, John A. Hillenbrand Foundation and Batesville city council.
The public is invited
