Decatur County reported 3.2 percent, down from 3.9 percent in January of 2017. Franklin County had 4.5 percent for January, down from 4.9 in January of 2017. Jennings County reported 4.5 percent down from 5.3 one year before. Ohio County had a rate of 3.8 percent for January of 2018, down from 4.6 in 2017. Ripley County reported 4.1 percent, down from 4.9 percent in January of 2017. Rush County had a rate of 3.2 percent for January 2018 and 4.1 percent for the same period in 2017. Switzerland County reported 4 percent for 2018 and 5.1 percent for January of 2017.
