The St. Louis Cardinals 7th Grade Boys Basketball team defeated the Greendale Tigers tonight in the first round of the SEI Tournament by a score of 47-30.
The Cardinals will be back in action tomorrow night in the second round of the SEI tournament facing the South Ripley Raiders at 5:30pm at the Batesville Middle School.

The 8th Grade Bulldogs defeated South Ripley 48-10 last night in the first round of the SEI Tournament. The Bulldogs played a tremendous defensive game, forcing multiple turnovers that led directly to points.
The Dogs were led in scoring by Eli Pierson with 10, Ean Loichinger 9, Travis Lecher 8. Cole Werner added 6 with several assists. Vonley Hund added 4 followed by Hunter Laudick, Brady Westerfeld, Brady Hornberger, Cooper Wilhelm, and Zach Wade with 2 a piece. Ian Powers rounded out the scoring with 1.
The Bulldogs will be in action tonight against Greendale at home. Game time will be approximately 6:30. Come and support your 8th grade Bulldogs!!

The 7th Grade Batesville Bulldogs lost the first round of the SEI tournament to South Ripley by a score of 25 to 24.
Leading is scoring for Batesville was Bryson Bonelli with 7, followed by Lyle Oesterling with 6, Cole Pride added 5, Jackson Renck scored 4 and rounding out the scoring was Grant Peters with 2.
