Greensburg, In. — Greensburg police and Decatur County Sheriff’s deputies captured a suspect after he fled the courthouse Thursday afternoon.
Reports indicate Brandon Hatfield, 25, was in court for a theft charge when he fled while the jail officer was exiting the courthouse. He was captured about 15 minutes later near the American Legion.
Greensburg Junior High School was placed on a brief lockdown.
