The Batesville Freshman Football team lost a hard fought battle against the South Decatur JV team by a 12-8 score.
The Bulldogs lone TD came on a 62 yard pass from Austin Pohlman to Trey Peters. Pohlman then ran in the 2 point conversion.
On defense, Peters had an interception and Pohlman deflected two passes. Ryan Thayer, Gavin Ertel, Ryland Parmer, and Adam Longstreth also played well.
