Greensburg, in. — Court documents now say former Indiana State Police trooper inappropriately touched a male juvenile in the groin area over an eight year period. Jack Hewitt, 54, faces felony sexual misconduct with a minor, child seduction and sexual battery.
Detectives received the information from a 21-year old victim about the incidents. Hewitt admitted to the behavior and told investigators some occurred without the boys knowledge while he asleep in bed and had occurred as recently as “a year or two ago.”
Hewitt remains in the Decatur County Jail.
