LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. — A Lawnrecenburg man has been arrested on rape charges.
According to police, Roland C. Pitcher, 55, was arrested on the charges of Rape and Sexual Battery.
Police say pitcher raped a woman in his apartment in early April. In an initial court hearing, Pitcher pleaded not guilty.
Bond has been set at $100,000.
