MILAN, Ind. — Milan Community Schools did not have to look very long or far to find their next superintendent.
According to the Versailles Republican, the Milan School Board has announced that Jane Rogers, current Elementary School Principal, is the top choice to fill the open position, after Paul Ketcham announced he will step down December 31.
A contract hearing is scheduled for November 7, and a formal vote is expected to be made on November 14.
If approved, Rogers contract will begin January 1, 2017.
