For the 2nd time this season, the girls from St. Nicholas and the 5th grade Cardinals played a close, exciting game. Once again, it was St. Nicholas coming out on top 16-12. As they have done all year, the girls played aggressive defense that led to many steals and turnovers. The girls kept the game close throughout but were unable to hit enough shots to get the win.Halle Meyer and Edie Walke both had 4 points, Eleanor Spielmann, Lesley Nunez each added 2 more. The Cardinals will travel to Brookville on Thursday to take on Franklin County at 5:30.
