BATESVILLE, Ind. — The Indiana Department of Natural Resources reminds fishers, that last year’s fishing licenses are set to expire tomorrow.
A new fishing license will be required beginning on Saturday and will be valid through March 31, 2018.
An annual fishing license is needed to fish in public lakes, streams, rivers, or tributaries.
Licenses can be purchased online or in person at several retailers across the state.
The cost is $17 for residents and $35 for non-residents.
