13 new cases locally on Tuesday

Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 716 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Tuesday. A total of 657,037 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 3,088,729 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 21.3% positive rate and 44 new deaths were reported for a total of 12,025 Hoosiers have died across the state.

Locally, Franklin County has reported no new cases of Covid-19 for two straight days.

Dearborn County has a total of 5,402 cases and 66 deaths reported (up 9 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 2,693 positive cases and 88 deaths (up 3 new cases), Franklin County has 1,583 positive cases and 35 deaths (up 0 new case), and Ripley County has 3,251 positive cases and 61 deaths (up 1 new case and 1 new death). This is an increase of 13 new positive cases and 1 new death.
