CINCINNATI, Oh. – It won’t be the final score as to why people will remember the first basketball game of the season for Mount St. Joseph University.

Lawrenceburg High School graduate Lauren Hill, 19, is suffering from terminal brain cancer and she has a wish to play in a college basketball game.

The NCAA is allowing that wish to become reality by granting an exception to play the game on Sunday, November 2 at 2 p.m. against Hiram College.

Due to ticket demand the game has been moved to the Cintas Center on Xavier University’s campus.

Tickets can be purchased beginning Wednesday, October 22 and will cost $5 each. Net proceeds will be donated to The Cure Starts Now Foundation.

Tickets are available at ticketmaster.comgoxavier.com or by calling (513) 745-3000.
