Cross Plains, In. — Indiana State Police say a 16-year-old Switzerland County youth was killed in a crash near Cross Plains just after midnight Thursday.
The report says Delbert Miller drove off the right side of State Road 129 overturned and struck a tree. Passenger in the vehicle, Joseph Miller, 38, his father, sustained serious injuries and was transported to University of Cincinnati Hospital for treatment.
Alcohol or drugs are not believed to be factors, the investigation is ongoing.
