There are some more young champions in our midst! They’re Batesville’s 9U baseball All-Stars, all 9 years old or younger, who won the North Vernon Summer Frenzy Tournament last Sunday.
Batesville played 3 games, in front of some very supportive fans. After winning their first game 18-4, the All-Stars won again 7-6, to make the tourney’s title game. They then went out and won that contest too, the final 10-3.
Their coach tells WRBI it was the first tourney win of the season, for those young Batesville 9U baseball All-Stars!
