KC Driving School is STILL working on getting their license renewed. All paperwork, forms, and fee were sent in back in the end of May. On 7/3 we were told that we were no longer licensed as of 7/1. Due to the holdiay of July 4th....no one was back in the office at the state until Monday, 7/7. A called was made everyday that week trying to figure out why and where the problem lied. They couldn't find the paperwork but remember talking to me months before when i called wi...th questions. The state dept moves at their own speed and I'm being told daily that they are in the process of tracking it down. This has been a very difficult situation as no classes or drives can be held. Thus hurting the students and also hurting KC school. The messages put on FB and other ways have been stating I stole your money and I'm a crook, etc. I'm resolving this matter that fastest I can as this is costing me a lot of money not being able to hold classes and drives. I plan to fulfill all and not take any new until completed. I'm not stealing and if you want your money back, it will be repaid as soon as can be. I apologize deeply for this inconvenience and frustration. Please stay tuned for further direction or updates. Sorry also for lack of communication but it's been rough.

KC Driving School is excited to let everyone know that they have MOVED LOCATIONS. The NEW location is in the MILAN PLAZA, 806 N. Warpath, Milan, Indiana 47031. This is directly across the street from Jaycee Grocery Store or diagonally across the street from Milan High School. All drives and classes will continue as set up from this location. October is “Teen Driving Safety Month! So if you kids are driving or close to learning to drive, now’s a great time to reinforce good habits! Check out this week as I will be posting a NEW tip each day...1 for the parent and 1 tip for the student driver. Here is Tip #1 for this week....
Parent TIP: 1. ALWAYS set a good example.
a. Wear your seatbelt everytime & insist passengers buckle up too....
b. Stow your cell phone when you’re behind the wheel.
c. Don’t drink and drive.
d. Keep two eyes on the road & two hands on the wheel while driving.
e. Eliminate all distractions.
Teen TIP: 1. Respect the dangers.
a. Know that motor vehicle crashes are the number one cause of death for teens.
b. Remember teen drivers (ages 16 to 19) are involved in fatal crashes at four times the rate of adult drivers (ages 25 to 69).
c. Keep in mind 58% of teen drivers killed in crashes were not wearing a seat belt in 2011. 50% of passengers killed in crashes were not buckled up.
d. Recognize critical driver errors due to inexperience contribute significantly to crashes.
