Southeastern IN — The area will be under a Wind Advisory from Noon until 7 pm Thursday.
The National Weather Service says southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with wind gusts up to 45 mph are expected.
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects, tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may happen, according to forecasters.
