Wind Advisory in effect Friday afternoon through early Saturday

Southeastern IN — A Wind Advisory will go into effect at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon and run through 4 am Saturday.

Sustained winds from the northwest between 20 and 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph are expected.

Forecasters say gusty winds could blow around unsecured outdoor objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

You’re advised to use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high-profile vehicle, and to secure outdoor objects.
