William Lester Kinnett, Sr.-58 of Westport

William Lester Kinnett, 58, of Westport, passed away at 6:16 a.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at his residence. He was born on October 9, 1965, in Batesville, Indiana to Robert Eugene Kinnett, Sr. and Elizabeth Ann (Monroe) Kinnett. He was raised in Brookville and moved to Westport in 1978. He was a 1983 graduate of Bethel Holiness Christian Day School. He was an employee for Delta Faucet for 26 years. He married Charmaine Busher on December 18, 1987, in Greensburg. She survives along with his sons, Charles Thomas Montgomery of Greensburg, Joshua James Montgomery of Seymour, and William Lester Kinnett, Jr. of Indianapolis; his brother, Robert E. Kinnett, Jr. of Greensburg and his four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Thomas Lee Kinnett. Funeral services will at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024, at the Pilgrim Nazarene Church (1055 E. Base Rd.) in Greensburg with Rev. Don Bates officiating. A burial will follow at the Westport Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday March 28, 2024, from 4 p.m.to 8 p.m. at Bass and Gasper Funeral Home.
