William Frondorf, Jr., was born on April 23, 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of William Frank, Sr. and Ruth Grote Frondorf. He married Joyce Ann Espelage and she survives. William was an iron worker and raised draft horses and ponies; he was a member of the Iron Workers Union Local #44 and St. Peters Catholic Church. William also enjoyed watching football and coached at East Central High School. On Monday, February 27, 2017 at the age of 79, William passed away in Hutchinson, Kansas.
Those surviving who will cherish William’s memory include his wife, Joyce Frondorf; daughter, Janine (Greg) Barnes of Sunman; sons, James (Mary Beth) Frondorf of Sunman, Robert (Toyla) Frondorf of Hutchinson, KS, and Kyle (Jill) Frondorf of Flower Mound, TX; daughter-in-law, Patricia Frondorf of Sunman; 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; brother, Daniel Frondorf of Cincinnati, and sister, Elaine Mach of Palms, MI. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Frank Frondorf, and a grandchild, Amanda Frondorf.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 4 until 8 p.m. at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home, 107 Vine Street, Sunman. Rev. John Kamwendo will officiate the Mass of Christian burial at St. Peters Catholic Church on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
