West Harrison man arrested on drug-related charges

DEARBORN COUNTY, Ind. — A Dearborn County man has been arrested after police say he passed out from a drug overdose while his young nephew was in his care.

According to police, Jesse Conn, 28, was arrested on charges of Possession of a Narcotic Drug, Neglect of a Dependent, and Possession of Paraphernalia.

A relative called police after believing he passed out during a phone call she had with him.

When police arrived they found Conn unresponsive on a bed.

Medics used two doses of Narcan to revive Conn.

During a search of the house, officers found a substance that tested positive for heroin and a straw that contained residue.
