Vevay police officer facing child exploitation, voyeurism charges

(Madison, IN) – A Vevay police officer is on the other side of the law, facing child exploitation and voyeurism-related charges.

The Madison Police Department says 37-year-old Kyle J. Davis was arrested on Tuesday following a months-long investigation.

Davis, who lives in Madison, is accused of attempting to record an underage female without her knowledge.

He is facing preliminary charges of Attempted Child Exploitation (Level 5 felony) and Attempted Voyeurism (Level 6 felony).

Davis is being held in the Jefferson County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.

The Madison Police Department received assistance from the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office.
