Financial woes are reportedly forcing a store closure in Ripley County.
The ALCO in Versailles will no longer remain in business due to poor performance as a result of the economy, Ricardo Clemente Sr., Vice President of Store Operations, told the Osgood Journal.
The store recently lowered prices on many items prior to the closing date, which is currently slated before mid-April.
The fourteen full and part-time employees, will have an opportunity to apply for positions at other ALCO locations, according to the newspaper.
The store has been open at its Adams Street location since 1997.
