Versailles-based Mirrus Corporation named ‘Ripley County Chamber business of the Year’

Osgood, In. — Mirrus Corporation has been named as the “Ripley County Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year.

The company was founded by Rusty Stenger in April of 1999 with 1 customer and 4 Associates.  Today Mirrus has over 175 Customers all over the US and abroad.  They employ 65 full-time associates and 2 part-time. Mirrus specializes in quality sorting and assembly mainly in the Automotive Industry and guarantees prompt and efficient service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mirrus concentrates on providing excellent customer service, which is a driving force in their growth.  The dedicated employees of Mirrus have made the difference between success and failure.  They believe that no matter what kind of business you’re involved in, without the right people it will eventually fail.   Several Mirrus Associates have been with the company for over 15 years and have become the backbone of the company.

The Mirrus team is proud of the fact that they are a family-oriented company.  Rusty and his wife Heather have 5 children, Miranda, Rusty Jr, Christian, Sydney and Becca.  They are also the proud grandparents of 2 granddaughters, Catherine and Lillian.  Rusty started the company shortly after Miranda and Rusty Jr were born, so he decided to name the company after them, thus the name Mirrus!  Rusty is proud that his children Miranda, Rusty Jr and Becca have all joined the Mirrus team.

Mirrus supports the community in several ways, including the Ripley County 4-H Auction and they have been a Ripley County Chamber member for over 15 years.  Mirrus also supports the Versailles Pumpkin Show, Indiana Child Safety Council, Lupus Foundation, ABATE, South Ripley Schools, Special Olympics Indiana, several different churches in the area and many others.
