(Greensburg, IN) – We now know the name of woman who was killed in a two-vehicle crash on eastbound I-74 in Greensburg last Friday.
She’s been identified as 45-year-old Nicole Craig, whose last known address was Indianapolis.
Craig died at the scene after her car was struck in the slow lane by a tractor-trailer around 4:45 Friday morning.
The tractor-trailer driver, whose name has not been released, was cooperating with investigators.

(Greensburg, IN) – An unidentified woman is dead following a two-vehicle crash this morning on eastbound I-74 in Greensburg between the U.S. 421 and State Road 3 exits.
The Greensburg Police Department and Decatur County Sheriff’s Office responded around 4:45 a.m. and found a car had been struck in the right lane by a tractor trailer.
The woman, who was the lone occupant of the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The tractor trailer driver was not injured and is cooperating with investigators.
All lanes of eastbound I-74 were closed during the investigation but reopened after 9 a.m.
Also responding were the Greensburg Fire Department, Decatur County EMS, Decatur County Coroner’s Office, Decatur County Dispatch, and the Indiana State Police Crash Reconstruction Team.

The crash happened between the U.S. 421 and State Road 3 exits.
All eastbound lanes had to be shut down during the investigation.
