Versailles, IN—Tyson Library will begin a phased reopening beginning Monday, May 11 with curbside pickup. Curbside pick-up will begin on Monday by appointment only. You can schedule your book or movie pick-up by calling the library at 812-689-5894. There is a link to a google document on the library Facebook page and you can click here to access the library website that can be used to choose your items, but you will still need to call to schedule a time. Also available will be “grab n’ go” pickup bags for staff chosen books with a theme, such as dinosaurs or tractors.
The procedure for pick up is as follows:
- Once the online form is completed, a library staff member will call the number listed on the form to schedule a time to pick up the items.
- When you arrive for your pick-up call the library at 812-689-5894 to let us know you are here.
- Remain in your vehicle and a library staff member will bring your items out and either place them in your opened trunk or on the table set up on the front sidewalk.
- After the staff member has left, come to the table to collect your items.
- If you have any items to return, they can be left in the tote that will be sitting by the table.
