Two Locals Charged in Drug Investigation

(Jefferson County, IN) – Two local residents are among 29 people who were arrested during “Operation Clock Out” – a year-plus Indiana State Police investigation that has led to the dismantling of a major drug distribution network in the southern part of the Hoosier State, and Kentucky.

Rebecca Elysse Hart of Greensburg and Travis Lee Reddick of Versailles – both 37-years-old – are among dozens of people facing felony counts for their alleged involvement in the distribution of methamphetamine, cocaine, hydrocodone, and alprazolam pills.

Hart is charged with Conspiracy to Deal in Cocaine and Conspiracy to Deal in Methamphetamine (both Level 2 felonies); Reddick is facing two counts of Conspiracy to Deal in Methamphetamine (both Level 4 felonies).

Authorities say the investigation started in Jefferson County in February 2025, and uncovered a network of suppliers and distributors operating across state lines.

“This operation reflects the culmination of extensive investigative work led by the Indiana State Police, strengthened through close coordination with multiple law enforcement agencies, whose combined efforts work to hold offenders accountable and enhance public safety,” said Jefferson County Prosecutor David Sutter.
