Another former Lady Trojan also earned Player of the Week status.  For a second consecutive week, Jessie Stenger of Hanover College earned HCAC Field Athlete of the Week in track.

The freshman turned in a record setting performance as she won the shot put with a school record toss of 13.42 meters. She also broke the HCAC conference record set in 2004.  Her mark currently ranks her ninth among NCAA Division III student-athletes.

Stenger also won the discus throw as part of the Grizzly Invite with a toss of 39.32 meters.

We thank Jones College and Hanover College for the information.
