A two year investigation resulted in the arrest of two people after an audit revealed irregularities in the Office of the Clay Township Trustee in Bartholomew County.
Indiana State Police arrested former Clay Township Trustee Christa Acton, 42, and former deputy trustee, Laurie Baker, 45, both of Bartholomew County.
Both are facing several felonies including fraud and theft. They were arrested at their homes without incident.
