Greensburg, IN—Organizers with the Tri Kappa Sorority in Greensburg have announced that the annual parade will be canceled for 2020. As this is recognized as a make-shift reunion of the community, as many people trek home for the event, canceling the parade is in the best interest of keeping the community safe and healthy as it is very hard to socially distance in a parade.
Tri Kappa notes that it is always their main priority to maintain safety while celebrating the country. They hope the community continues to stay safe and look forward to hosting the parade in 2021.
