(Ripley/Franklin Counties, IN) – Yellow Travel advisories were issued this (Friday) morning for Ripley, Franklin, Decatur and Dearborn counties.
That means routine travel or activities may restricted in some places because of hazardous conditions, and you should use caution or avoid those areas.
The Yellow advisory for Ripley County was set to expire at Noon today.
