LAWRENCEBURG, Ind. — Three people have been arrested on multiple drug-related and child neglect charges after police say they found children in an apartment which methamphetamine was being sold.
Jason Fleming, 42, of Lawrenceburg, Amie Etter, 27, of Lawrenceburg, and Coty Barron, 28, of Patriot were all arrested.
According to police, state parole officers along with the Lawrenceburg Police Department performed a home check on Etter’s apartment.
During the check, police found the three adults, two children (ages 8 and 10 months), and two small bags with a substance consistent with methamphetamine, and other paraphernalia.
Etter and Barron were arrested on charges of Dealing in Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Neglect of a Dependent, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Flemming was arrested on the charge of Attempt to Commit Possession of Methamphetamine.
