Thomas Earl Chadwell, age 75 of Osgood, passed away at the Waters in Batesville on October 25, 2023. He was born on November 28, 1947 the son of Samuel and Rosie (Tharp) in Owen County, Kentucky.
Thomas spent several years working in a foundry, but the vast majority of his working years were spent raising tobacco. He was passionate about a few things in life; a good poker hand, a cold natural light, and fishing with “Trash man John” or “Neighbor George.” His greatest love was his family and spending time with them.
He will be dearly missed by daughters; Ronetta (Jason) Michael, April Rouse and Nicolette (Jeffery) Holt, brothers; Allen, Ronnie, Sammy, Leonard, and Donnie, sisters Peggy and Judy, along with numerous grandchildren, and several niece and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Thomas Chadwell Jr., and grandsons Michael, Braydon, and Kevin.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 1, 2023 from 1-3 pm., followed by funeral services at 3pm, all at Neal’s Funeral Home in Osgood. Online condolences may be placed at Nealsfuneralhome.net
