Thomas Wayne Back, age 67 of Batesville, Indiana passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022. The son of Thomas E. and Lena Mae (nee Thomas) Back was born in Batesville, IN on January 4, 1955.
Tom as most knew him, was a graduate of Batesville High School. He was a self-employed property manager. Tom liked cars and in his spare time he enjoyed working on them and racing them when he was younger. Fishing was another favorite hobby of his along with spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his children Carson Back (Michelle) and Lindsay Back; grandsons, Christian Hollon, Sebastian Back and Owen Back plus his brother, Gene Back (Carolyn).
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Judy Garnette and Charlene Webster.
Memorials may be given to Batesville EMS by bringing to services or mailing to Meyers Funeral Home, P.O. Box 202, Batesville, IN 47006.
Friends and family may call on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM followed by a memorial service at 7:00 PM all at Meyers Funeral Home in Batesville.
