Theda J. Thatcher, raised in Patriot, Indiana, lived in Aurora & Greendale, and passed away June 12, 2017 at Ridgewood Health Campus.
She was born February 16, 1927, to the late William and Edith Foster. Theda was a member of the Aurora First Baptist Church and the Aurora American Legion Auxiliary #0231 .
Surviving are Sons, James Lee (Vicky Nicolaci) Thatcher of Lawrenceburg, IN, John (Karen) Thatcher of San Diego, CA, Michael (Stephanie) Thatcher of Greendale, IN; 11 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Cecil Thatcher and sister, Ruth Remmy.
Friends will be received Wednesday, June 14, 2017, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.Funeral services will be held immediately following visitation at 2:00 pm.
Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association . If unable to attend services, please call the funeral home office at (812) 926-1450 and we will notify the family of your donation with a card.
