SWITZERLAND CO., Ind. – Police say one man has been arrested in Cincinnati in connection to a store robbery in Switzerland County.
Justin Gosciniak, 30, of Switzerland County, was apprehended without incident Wednesday night at the Rest Inn Motel on Central Parkway in Cincinnati.
Earlier in the day, police responded to a robbery report at Fisk’s General Store located at 2794 Main St. in Patriot, Indiana.
Detectives say a man entered the store around noon and purchased an item. When the store clerk opened the cash drawer after ringing up the price the suspect allegedly grabbed a handful of money from the register and ran out of the store.
Gosciniak remains behind bars at the Hamilton County Justice Center awaiting extradition to Indiana.
