Statewide — April rain changed to April snow overnight with flurries falling for about five hours, becoming heavy at times. The overnight snow showers dropped 1.5 to 3 inches across most areas in the state. Many woke up to snow-covered cars, grass, and low-hanging branches. Some roads became slushy and slick briefly overnight, but as of this, morning most remain just wet.
