Sunman, In. — Indiana State Police say a Sunman man was seriously injured in an ATV crash Friday on Spades Road near County Road 1100 North. Around 3:30 p.m. Harry O. Laker, 84, was northbound on Spades Road and was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by a Batesville 16-year-old.
Laker was ejected from the vehicle and suffered serious injuries. The juvenile was not injured in the crash.
There is no information available about the condition of the victim.
Alcohol or drugs are not suspected.
