RIPLEY COUNTY, IN — A Sunman resident was injured in a one-vehicle rollover crash late Sunday night on the 11,500 block of North Delaware Road.
The Ripley County Sheriff’s Office says when deputies arrived on the scene of the accident just after 10 pm Sunday, they found 41-year-old Gerald Meyer Jr., trapped under the vehicle.
He was freed from the wreckage by the Batesville Fire Department, Batesville Police, and Buckley’s Tow Service.
Batesville EMS provided medical attention at the scene until Meyer was flown to the hospital by helicopter.
The accident remains under investigation.
