(Dover, IN) – Lane restrictions are scheduled to start on State Road 1 near Dover the day after Memorial Day.
INDOT says crews will shut down one lane of State Road 1 about five miles south of I-74 on Tuesday, May 30 to complete a slide correction project.
Traffic will be controlled by temporary signals, with restrictions expected to last through the end of November.
The contract was awarded to Paul H. Rohe in March for $1.2 million.
Motorists are reminded to slow down, use extra caution and drive distraction-free in and near all work zones.
All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
