INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — 18 state park properties will be closing temporarily in the coming weeks to allow for controlled deer reduction hunts.
The dates are scheduled for November 14 and 15, as well as November 28 and 29.
Versailles and Clifty Falls are 2 of the parks on the list.
The parks will close to the public the night before each of the hunts, and will reopen the morning after.
Only hunters that were drawn in September may participate in the hunts.
