Southwestern downed visiting South Ripley 7-2 in varsity baseball on Friday.
Offensive leaders for the Raiders were:
Gabe Stone – 2 for 3, single, double, walk, RBI, run.
Ethan Schmaltz – 1 for 4, single, RBI.
Shawn Riehle – 1 for 3, single, stolen base.
Mason McNew – 2 for 2, walk, stolen base.
Cam Hodge – 1 for 2, single.
Bode Block – 1 for 2, single, run.
On the mound, Brogan Buchanan gave up seven runs (five earned) on 1o hits with a walk and two strikeouts over six innings.
South Ripley is back in action at Rising Sun on Monday night.
