Madison, IN—Crews on S.R. 7 in Madison in the area also known as Hanging Rock Hill are excavating the existing roadway near the soil nail wall that was recently completed on the hillside. Next steps include subgrade treatment, concrete curb installation, and paving. The hill is expected to reopen by the end of September.
