Greensburg defeated Batesville 49-34 in a boys basketball game heard last night on WRBI. The Bulldogs won the JV contest 45-35.

Coming up tonight in boys hoops, Oldenburg Academy visits South Ripley. Coverage on the Sports Voice begins around 7:15.

In girls basketball last night, Oldenburg Academy rolled over South Dearborn 57-24…South Ripley dumped Rising Sun 79-42…North Decatur walloped Southwestern (Shelby) 67-27…it was Shawe Memorial over Milan 56-12…and South Decatur bested Waldron 46-33.

St. Louis 8th grade took down St. Bartholomew 50-13 in boys middle school basketball last night. The Cardinals’ 7th graders topped the Fighting Irish 30-19 to complete the sweep.

Best of luck to East Central senior Leighna Prater and Milan junior Kayla Roell. They’ll be competing in the inaugural IHSAA girls wrestling state finals today at the Indiana State Fairgrounds’ Corteva Coliseum.

The Pacers beat the Detroit Pistons 111-100 last night in the Motor City. Myles Turner led four Indiana players in double figures with 28 points. The Pacers go to 23-19 on the year.

Indiana visits Ohio State in Big 10 college basketball tonight. Tipoff is at 8.
