Oldenburg Academy got past Class 1A #13 North Decatur 53-50 in girls high school basketball heard last night on WRBI. The Twisters improve to 6-1 while the Chargers fall to 5-2…In other girls hoops action last night, it was Batesville over Franklin County 49-43 and Class 3A #1 Greensburg walloped South Decatur 66-17.
Coming up tonight, South Ripley visits Rising Sun.
Batesville 8th grade boys basketball upset Greendale 41-39 in overtime last night. The Bulldog 7th graders also came out on top 50-25.
Also in boys 8th grade action, St. Louis knocked off Franklin County 26-16.
Greensburg upended North Decatur in boys C team play last night 40-24.

Bengals QB Joe Burrow has been named the AFC Offensive Player of the Month for November. Burrow completed 89 of 145 passes for 1,035 yards and 12 touchdowns with one interception in the three games Cincinnati played during the month.
NFL Network is reporting Bengals LB Logan Wilson will miss the rest of this season after a surgical cleanup on his knee.
The Bengals have chosen OT Orlando Brown, Jr. and the Colts have picked CB Kenny Moore II, as team nominees for the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award. The prestigious award recognizes players who excel on the field and demonstrate a commitment to creating a positive impact outside of the game.
