Southeastern Indiana REMC has announced a “load shedding” event will take place Wednesday morning from 7 to 8 a.m. Customers with a generator as part of the Demand-Side Management Program or those who have Demand Response Units will be affected.
The event is conducted in order to test the power management system prior to peak winter heating days.
