South Ripley varsity softball manages just one run in six-inning loss to Trinity Lutheran

It was a tough evening on offense for South Ripley varsity softball in their 13-1 loss to Trinity Lutheran on Thursday with the lone run for the Raiders coming in the 6th inning.

Highlighting the Raiders offense was Olivia Kavanaugh, who went 1-3 with 1 RBI.

Bailey Tabeling did a lot of the damage on offense for the Cougars, going 4-4 with a home run, a double, and 7 RBI.

Brooklyn Brown took the loss for South Ripley, giving up 10 earned runs while walking 5 and striking out 3.

Grace Lance earned the win on the mound for Trinity Lutheran, striking out 10 and walking 1 while giving up just 4 hits.
