The first ORVC conference game for South Ripley did not go well, as Switzerland County scored 4 runs in both the 1st and 2nd
innings and never looked back defeating the Raiders 14-3
At the plate, Trent Smith had 2 hits, and Ryan Gorrell added a single for the Raiders. On the mound, Brady Ruble and Austin Hodge both pitched scoreless innings in relief.
South Ripley returns to action Tuesday evening against Oldenburg Academy.
