Sorority Presents Financial Gifts to Grads

(Batesville, IN) – Beta Sigma Phi sorority recently presented a pair of $1,200 financial assistance checks to two Batesville High School graduating seniors.

Austin Balser will attend IU Indy to major in Social Studies Secondary Education with a Special Education endorsement.

His parents are Ryan and Amy Balser.

James Rowland plans to attend Indiana University-Bloomington to obtain a major in Biology and will focus on a Pre-Med track.

He is the son of Jimmy and Cassie Rowland, and Shatana Gabbard.

Profits from the sorority’s annual Holiday Bazaar are used for numerous donations throughout the year, along with this financial assistance.

This year’s Holiday Bazaar will be held on November 1 at Batesville Primary School.
