Softball sectional play began on Monday night. Here are the results from last night’s games.

Milan beat Southwestern Hanover 10-0 in the 2A Sectional at Brownstown Central.
Franklin County fell to South Dearborn 14-2 in the 3A Connersville Sectional.
At the 1A North Decatur Sectional, Jac-Cen-Del shutout South Decatur 16-0 and the host school routed Oldenburg Academy 13-1.
This evening, WRBI will feature two more sectional softball games. In the first game, the host school, North Decatur faces Waldron in a 1A Sectional Semifinal. And in the game to follow, Greensburg plays Rushville in a first-round matchup in the 3A Sectional at Connersville. Coverage for North Decatur Waldron begins at 5:45 pm.
In other softball sectional action, East Central meets Shelbyville in the first round of the 4A Sectional at Columbus North.
